Wally is a thought leader in business automation technology with over 30 years of experience providing solutions to clients including IBM, Citibank, RBC and DHL. Prior to Sparcblock, Wally founded multiple companies including Creditron, a leader in integrated receivables. Wally is a Certified Blockchain Professional, a Certified Engineering Technologist, and an alumnus of York University, Laurier University, and Conestoga College.

LYLE JURAVSKY, SOLUTION ARCHITECT

Lyle has three decades of  experience in enterprise software architecture, business process re-engineering, training and consulting. With a broad range of software expertise - from close-to-the-metal C++ to higher-level languages such as Java and JavaScript, his specialty is helping business automate processes which they thought could only be done manually. He has consulted for TD, CIBC, and a broad spectrum of corporate clients. Lyle holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from the University of Manitoba.

JOHN SPROWL, PROCESS TRANFORMATION ADVISOR

John has over 30 years experience in strategic planning and business transformation at an executive level. He has served as CFO and VP of Finance for several leading companies in the consumer packaged goods industry and has in-depth firsthand knowledge of B2B processes and practices. John earned an MBA, Finance and Marketing from Queens University, an honours BA in Economics and Mathematics from Western University,  and has both CPA and CMA designations.

Bruce is a highly respected business leader. A father of two daughters, he stands for equality; proudly advocating for women's rights. Bruce values the importance of giving back and has served on many  boards; including The National Club, Atlas Canada, the National Ballet School of Canada.
